About

Hello, I’m Pulak Dehingia.

I’m a B. Com graduate working as a Junior Accountant in a State Government PSU based in Duliajan, Assam. PaisaPSU is the blog I wish existed when I joined government service.

Most personal finance content in India is written for private-sector employees in big cities. As someone who lives in tier-3 India and works in a government undertaking, I found that most “personal finance for Indians” advice doesn’t fit our pay structure, our allowances, our pension scheme, or our tax situation.

This blog is built for people like us:

  • Central and State Government employees
  • PSU employees (gas, oil, banking, railways, defence)
  • Pensioners and family pension holders
  • Tier-2 and tier-3 city families managing salaries between ₹30,000 and ₹1,00,000

What you’ll find here: honest, plain-language guidance on income tax, NPS, GPF, salary structure, retirement planning, and household money decisions, written by someone who actually lives this life.

What you won’t find here: stock tips, get-rich-quick schemes, or generic advice copied from US blogs.

Important disclaimer: I am not a SEBI-registered investment advisor or a Chartered Accountant.
